Fees:

Initial consultation and lesson or consultation: $130 (75 minutes). Includes a copy of "Vocal Technique for Non-classical Singers" by Rita di Ghent

Subsequent sessions: $110 (60 minutes)

Lesson frequency is up to you. There is no obligation to meet regularly.

Recording production fees (coaching you through the planning of your CD): repertoire selection, musicians and studio bookings, etc.: Please contact.

Recording studio coaching fee (being with you in the studio and being as coach and go-between with the recording staff): $400 half-day or $700 full day.

Location of Rita's Studios: My private practice lessons offered world-wide on line (via Zoom).

Alternatively, you can come in person to my studio in Prince Edward County, Ontario. Please note: wellness screenings are in place for in-person lessons.

Please note that the getaway suite is not in the country. It is in the town of Picton, on the Harbour. It can be quite busy in tourist season.
Your suite has a private entrance, double bed, private washroom, desk, couch, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and large chalk board. If you're a musician, a keyboard, metronome, and music stand can be put in your room.
The suite is a 3-minute walk to Main Street coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.
The suite is at 4A Union Street. I live in the adjoining house at 2 Union.
There is a creek beside the house and a green space behind the house, which, normally, no one uses but me. It's occasionally used as a cut-through for people crossing town, but generally very quiet. We can even put a little table and chair out there for you.
The house has 2 garden spaces behind it, which you are invited to use.
The green space behind the house leads to a very large park.
There are 400 acres of forest trails a 5-minute walk from the house.
There is an excellent "cheap and cheerful" breakfast place on the water across the street.
The Royal Hotel has a spa where you can get a number of relaxing treatments.
There are many spaces to walk and be in nature on the island. Sandbanks Provincial Park is the largest and has the most famous beaches. It also has the largest fresh water dunes in the world.
The Millenium Trail is a groomed trail, formerly a railway line, that has many entrances along its 46 kilometre length. Walking the trail is free.

Suite only: $120 per night.

Suite plus 1 one-hour session and any exercises/homework with Rita per day: $230

BEST BUY: Suite plus intensive. This includes 2 one-hour sessions per day, plus morning coffee discussion, dining together, (optional) and any exercises/homework with Rita per day: $400
